1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent that (a) you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; (b) you are at least 18 years of age, or you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the Service; and (c) you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TherapyExams is an online platform designed to help candidates prepare for therapy licensing examinations. Our Service currently includes, but is not limited to:

• Flashcards and structured study materials
• Mnemonics and memory-enhancement aids
• Practice tests, quizzes, and mock exams
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Study scheduling and planning tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at support@therapyexams.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. Subscription, Payment, and Refund Policy

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
• All fees are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. International users may be subject to currency conversion and additional charges by their payment provider.
• We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any fee changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We believe in the quality of our Service, and our free trial gives you full access to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.

In certain genuine and exceptional circumstances (such as a billing error, duplicate charge, or a significant technical failure on our part that prevented you from accessing the Service), we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request. To submit a refund request, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at legal@therapyexams.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and our decision shall be final.

To avoid unwanted renewals, you are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, study materials, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Therapyplexus Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without our prior written permission
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use any content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your account or access to any other person
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service

6. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Service or its infrastructure

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including terminating their account and reporting them to law enforcement.

TherapyExams is a supplementary study aid intended to support exam preparation. It does not guarantee that you will pass any licensing examination. Our content is developed for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for official study materials, accredited coursework, clinical training, or professional advice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and up to date; however, exam content and licensing requirements change periodically. You are solely responsible for verifying current exam requirements with the relevant licensing authority.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Therapyplexus Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@therapyexams.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

TherapyExams is operated by Therapyplexus Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally at support@therapyexams.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. We do not undertake to provide individual notice of changes by email or through the Service. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TherapyExams regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only; the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.
